BCCI is ICC ?????

Who rules  the  cricket  BCCI  or  ICC???
BCCI  almost  have   45%  share  in  development of cricket  but it does make   confliction  between   the  other  countries...
as the important decision  were  taken by  the  BCCI  and not by  ICC...

icc  is the ruling  power  but they  look really helpless when  it comes  to  take some important decisions ..

it  happen  earlier that  the  decision  of  implementing   decision review system  (DRS)  was not implemented   ..

umpires  were  helpless  in taking some  close  decision  which  may  change  the  whole  course  of the match ...
 but  now a  days   ,decision of  implementing  DRS  is  also  not  full  proof or evidence of  right decision ...

BCCI  did  not  give   any  kind  attention  towards  the  real  development  of  cricket  ...they  give  their  money  and  its  now  the responsibility   of  ICC  to  implement  the  BCCI  rules  towards cricket development... ...

                                                             

   

That  means  BCCI  act  as   enterprise  and  ICC  as  an  management  ....
sharing  must  be done  for better cricket  but not  for  total  control  over ICC...

it has been  witnessed on many  occasion,  that  ICC  wants  to  implement  the DRS  but  due to  BCCI  they  cannot...
BCCI  is  getting  support  from  England cricket board (ECB)    and  thus  two  most  powerful  countries  making  a  good decision (DRS) not  getting  implemented  ....which is  not  good  forn  cricket ......  

Is women's cricket actually not getting their full rights????

Women's  are  out of the  world  cup...but  the  questions  remain  that  actually  they  are  not    getting  their full right  ???
or  is  it  just  an  excuse  of  poor  display  of  cricket   since   the  Lankan's  don't  have  that   much  of  ability  but  still  they  have  not  only  defeated  the  world  power  England  but  also  India  ..

Do  women's  cricket  actually  needs  an   better  future   or  its  just an  excuse  of  poor   performances...women's  have not  done  a single  good  thing   to  get  an  good  attraction from  BCCI...

Why  we blame BCCI since  women  cricketer  actually  have  not  done  that  good  thing   to  make  us  proud...

We  already  know  that   women's  had  to   do  lot of  work   to be  facilitated  like  men'  cricket  ....
